Reservation & Rental Information

The multipurpose room, located on the second floor of the clubhouse, features a kitchenette and a serving area and can accommodate up to 80 people. A rental includes the use of six tables and 52 chairs.

General Rental Policies

• Facility spaces may be rented during regular hours of operation. Rental requests outside of regular hours are considered on a case-by-case basis and will require an additional $30/hour surcharge.
• Requests should be made a minimum of two weeks prior to the event request date.
• The rental agreement and deposit must be turned in at the time of reservation.
• All rentals must be paid two weeks prior to the reservation unless stated otherwise. If rentals are not paid two weeks prior, the reservation will be canceled. 
• Cancellation of an event 30 days or more prior to the event must be made in writing. The rental fee will be reimbursed in full at the end of the calendar month of the event. If cancellation is not made within 30 days of an event, the rental fee will be forfeited, and any charges that have been incurred by the Pelham Racquet Club will be the responsibility of the client. 
• All groups must follow the policies and procedures for each designated area.
• Damage to the facility, equipment, or any Pelham Racquet Club property will be billed to the group.
• The client is responsible for all cleanup, including removing all food, beverages, and decorations. Any trash must be placed in the provided trash cans.  Pelham Racquet Club staff will remove any trash that has been bagged or placed in an appropriate receptacle.  Failure to clean up shall result in an additional rental charge at the agreed-upon rate.
