Pelham Citizen Survey
Hearing from our residents remains a top priority. The results of this survey provide valuable insight into residents’ perceptions of local government, the services we provide, and community priorities.
Methodology
The survey, conducted by the ETC Institute, was sent to a random sample of residents, ensuring representation reflective of our community demographics, as informed by the latest U.S. Census data. With the completion of our second survey, we are committed to conducting this process every two to three years. The Citizen Survey will remain a key component of the City's planning efforts, helping leadership track progress, identify areas for improvement, and guide long-term investments.
Those who participated in the survey provided feedback on the City's quality of life, including residential and commercial development, public safety, mobility, city management, and recreational programs. We value citizen engagement and will continue using survey results to shape the future of our community.
